Energy Healing is an inborn quality that all humans are capable of. The Reiki process is often shrouded in mystery as though it is a special skill. Granted, some people are better at it than others and healing is an art and a great responsibility and though possible by everyone, it is not for everyone. Diane Stein makes it accessible, teaches a thorough course and has you doing the work in a short time. Well worth the money. You can always take the official Reiki training as time and money permit but begin helping others immediately after this dvd course. I did not rate it excellent only because in-person classes are just usually better than dvd if only because of the personal energy.
For those who are interested in learning a spiritual healing modality this workshop is a must.
