Actually received almost new Chromebook,no visible signs of any use,maybe very lights tears at the corners. Inside looks brand new. Power up and works like it’s intended to be - fast and fun,it’s a Chrome! Although there is no AC cable (no big deal I had one already) and battery missing,don’t know reason why it’s was removed for the school purposes. All in one I had great deal for the price I paid,very happy

Out of the box, looks good. Then I noticed some paint marks, sticker residue and I opened it. Under the screen, there looks to be cigarette ash and the screen can pull away slightly in the top left. It’s very distracting to see white blobs on the screen while trying to work. I would recommend buying, but be warned that it is NOT BRAND NEW!

This laptop was in perfect condition upon arrival. It was a gift to my husband and he loves it. Thank you so much for helping make him smile for a change. Its just like an android phone. Its very easy to use lightweight so you can take it anywhere you want to go. It has a webcam on it of course Wi-Fi. I'm very happy for my purchase and the price for it was icing on the cake. Very satisfied overall - purchased a second one. Works as expected - only issue is sometimes Chrome has issues with various sites/apps (likely not the fault of Dell). Some occasional issues with monitor requires restart. Seems to work with mass-market monitors but not anything with specific requirements. Good bang for buck.
