Was a good fit to replace 323P915 Westinghouse condenser fan motor. I just clipped off the 4 excess stud lengths that stick up. Also, my old motor was 3 wires, this one has 4, and they are different colors. If you search youtube there are a couple videos showing how to do it. Basically yellow and black are the line wires that went to the top of the contactor, and the brown and brown/white go to the capacitor (370V 5uf). All in all very easy. The motor shaft length was 6" too long as well, but there was enough clearance above fan blade to the grill guard, so I just left it. The fan blade was rusted onto the old motor, that was most difficult part. I ended up using an air hammer with blunt tip to drive the shaft out. Ran up to local tire store and paid a guy $10 to do it, as my tools are not at this location.Read full review
