The product does at described. I don't seem to snore anymore. The only thing it does make your tongue feel funny and hurt a little at first but you get use to it. It's a little thiner than I thought it would be and I hope it holds up and we'll see in future. Again it does like it's suppose to do. Doesn't come with directions! I didn't know at first you were suppose to keep the bigger part out of your mouth, but it's easy to figure out once you try it. Also don't put it onto you tongue to hard just enough to hold your tongue out. I do recommend it for people that snore.

This is a good idea but the suction that holds your tongue forward in the little cup part is easily lost. Then it is just a thing in your mouth in front of your tongue. I tried it for 3 nights, then went back to taping my mouth shut to prevent mouth breathing. So far that is the best solution for me.

The quality was fine, but this just felt too odd on my tongue, and I'm going back to the nostril dilators, which are more comfortable and seem to keep me from snoring.

I was reluctant to try this but it actually works well. A little awkward to use at first but I love it and the price was just right. Pros: It works well and is very cost effective. Cons: Instructions should be include.

Definitely helped my husband to get a better night's sleep, as well as myself. Only problem I have is that it makes me produce a lot of saliva which I then instinctively try to get rid of creating a vaccum effect on my tongue which is uncomfortable.
