I saw a girl doing the Konmari method on books and she had this book and kept it because she said she thought it might help to quit smoking. For some reason this compelled me to get this book and I'm glad I did, because I haven't had a cigarette in 8 days since finishing this book. I never thought I would be able to quit but this book makes you think about smoking in a whole different way. I would recommend this book too anyone who wants to quit or even if you don't you might have a change after reading this. What have you got to lose.
