I really like this video. I like how the dance portion of the workout flows without the instructor stopping and slowly showing each and every move like I've seen in other videos. It's a little quick, but eventually I got all the moves and it really gets your heart rate up. The other workouts are great too, she combines yoga, pilates, and does some strengthening work(without weights though) and abs. The only thing I could do without is so many downward dog moves, some things were just a little repetitive, and I wish the music was a little more "funkier", but overall it's a pretty good workout.
I bought this one because I thought it was a dance like aerobics dvd. The dance portion is actually is a dance routine/number. If you have rythym, then it can work for you especially on cardio off days to mix things up. I like the fact that there is a separate section where you can learn the moves. I, however, found out that I am not as flexible as I used to be; maybe my own knack to dance on the beat is declining.......anyway great enthusiasm from Lisa! I will continue to practice until I get it!

Lisa is a wonderful instructor. She doesn't do the exercises to slowly or too fast. The dance moves are a bit tricky but Lisa does show you how to master them at the end section. Very good workout, I would definitely buy Lisa's dvd's again!
