This book's recipes have entire breakdown of sodium, fat, cholesterol, protein, fiber , calories and carbohydrates. This makes it so much easier to cook for anyone with any health condition. It is perfect for my use in cooking for a patient with a heart condition as he can eat very little sodium. This book has really been great and the recipes even though the ones I used contained low salt they were still very delicious. So I would recommend this book for just about everyone.
