The coolermaster Blade is a great performing case fan at a very reasonable price. It comes with rubber "stick on" corners to dampen both the vibration and vibration noise. It is not the most expensive, but Cooler Master has been around for a long time, and has produced very reliable gear. I believe that it is one of the best values available.

Added this fan to my Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler heat sink to have dual fans works great and quiet.

It's a quality built cpu fan that is quiet- just not as quiet as the fan that can with the Hyper 212. Ten dollars for a fan is semi-high, but for the cooler master rep and the CFM and dBm levels, is pretty good.

For the price, these are good fans. Sure you can buy more expensive 120mm PWM fans with different bearings, but for the money, these work well. They move a lot of air and adjust to changes in voltage/speed without making any grinding noises. They also have a decent amount of static pressure for AIO Water coolers with large radiators. I've used these in that application many times. The knock is going to be the sleeve bearings, but I haven't had one of these fail on me. I'd recommend these to anyone.
Nice fan. excelent quality
