Product was good quality. Very difficult to manage whilst fully extended and under pressure but this will occur with any pressure washer extension. One section o-ring blew out on first use and item does not contain extra/replacement o-rings. Good idea to get some spares to keep on hand. Bring O-ring section to store with you to assure you get the right size. The o-rings are metric in size and more challenging to find exact size needed.
