I purchased this organizer for my small items. I make jewelry and all those jump rings, beads etc are hard to find. Not now! You can please labels on the front of the drawer so I don't have to hunt for anything. It attaches to the wall. I love it.

It was disappointing to see how the quality of Akro-Mills has gone down over the years. My old drawer cabinets were metal with sharply defined drawers that fit perfectly. This newer set of drawers is much lower in quality . The sides of the drawers bend in and fit very loosely in the compartments. They work but are not nearly as nice as the old ones. The old drawers had grooves for dividing them sideways but the new ones only divide into top and bottom so you can't put long (i.e. axial resistors) and get two values per drawer. The material the drawers are made of is very soft. The old drawers were hard plastic, It was cheap so that is nice.

If you're looking for plastic drawer cabinet, Akro-Mils is probably the de-facto standard. I personally use it to hold resistors, capacitors, transistors, etc. Also look into 3d printing dividers from thingiverse, it can make your life easier.

I love this organizer for all of my small jewelry making findings. Once labeled everything's at my finger tips. All my tiny metal beads and natural stones. I bought the small dividers and doubled everything up in the drawers. The drawers stack when out of cabinet making it easy to transport to work station.

my only complaint is that the plastic drawers are not clear enough. I would like to see a harder plastic drawer that are clear so that small items detail inside are easily seen.
