Terrible experience with this seller. They shipped me a damaged laptop, refuse to replace it, and offer me $30 if I keep this damaged laptop. Why would I take that risk for $30? Any future warranty claim might be refused because of the physical damage to the laptop. This is a joke. I'd never buy from this seller again, and I'd never even trust any "eBay Refurbished" deal either. The only option is to return it for a refund. I don't want a refund, I want the laptop that I paid you for. Trash.
