    Great product!

    Better than expected in almost every way! Bigger, easier to set up, better built, better features, more comfortable, just plain better than I expected, and I had high hopes after reading lots of reviews! We absolutely love this hot tub!

    Filter doesn't work. Improper safety cover.

    Everything was great when I finally set it up a week ago. However if I try to turn on the sanitize cycle it pull a code for communication between the remote and filter pump. I tried it on wifi via my phone and it pulls the same code. So it must be the filter pump. I cannot be drawing and refilling every time I use it to have clean water. The cover is the wrong cover and It won't connect to bottom clips to lock. Not good with children living in the household.

    box came trashed but everything inside was in great shape. Easy to setup just add water and salt and your ready.

    Was not the 94" model. Also, it wasn't OPEN BOX, but clearly well used and missing most of the parts needed... including the control panel. Packing

    Was not the 94" model. Also, it wasn't OPEN BOX, but clearly well used and missing most of the parts needed... including the control panel. Packing this thing back up and returning it was not easy. It takes a lot of effort to get the tub back in the box. Printing return label and getting the Fed Ex guys to come pick it up was relatively simple, but the whole thing was a pain. The box is heavy and the support was unhelpful. They actually sent me the wrong model THREE times! Unreal.
