I bought an MSI 950 2GB for $130, then I found that I could get the Zotac 960 4GB for just $20 more. Not only does the 960 perform at a solid 60fps, but this model has 4GB. It does take an 8pin pcie connector, which normally requires three 12V rails. However I have min running on two 12V rail (although I bought a new 500W power supply. My old was 400W). The cool thing about this 4GB is that is also include that back plate. Now with several test games at 1080p ultra high i get a solid 60fps. The 950 gave me 55-60fps. The heat sink on tis card also seems higher quality. The MSI was just a chunk of alluminum. But this one is copper heat pipes and thin veins of metal, so more surface area. Also when you arent in game mode, the fans turn off, and it is DEAD silent , I have to check if my HTPC is even on.Read full review
