I upgraded from a DOCSIS 3.0 SB6120 (4x4) modem to this one. I was able to achieve 120 Mbps download on the old modem on my 150 Mbps/10 Mbps plan. With the new modem, I'm able to reach 170-190 Mbps. During peak hours, my old modem would hang, and require a reboot. With the new modem, I'm still able to get 40 Mbps during peak, congested hours. This modem has been trouble free, and web pages load faster than before. So the performance is good. I also like that it doesn't generate too much heat. I tried a Netgear CM400 which generated a lot of heat. The cool touch makes me feel like this modem will be more reliable in the long run.

Used several Zoom modems thru the years. Never had one go bad. Change recently to the Asus brand, only because technology has gone forward. The 5370 Zoom modem runs well, stays fairly cool. Recently purchased 2 of them, Back up and for family.

I put off buying a cable modem for years. The Zoom DOCSIS modem fit the bill. It is easy to set up, delivers fast internet speed, and knocks $12 off of my monthly Spectrum bill. The price for the Zoom was better than some of the other recommended brands from Spectrum.

Great Value. Works well with Comcast. Activated it online, no hassle. Very Fast. Great features and very little heat from it. Pays for itself in 9 months and is much faster then the Comcast unit.
