The main point of the book is: to lose weight, you need to control your portion sizes and exercise. It's common sense, but who doesn't need to hear it over and over? I bought the book because of my love for Zonya's approach to healthy eating. The unique concept of delivering the info in "novel" format was okay but it was a pretty boring story line for a novel. Lots of repeating themselves. Just give me the information and I'd be just fine.
