Although this item might have been plugged in and a test page printed, it does not function when connected for print from a pc. It will print data directly from the printer such as a test or configuration page but it has no communication capabilities between a computer and the printer. We spent many days trying to fix the issue and have a few of the same printer models, so we are familiar with the workings of this printer. Unfortunately, we are awaiting a return authorization. :(
Very good printer for the money. Inlcuded a new print head, which worked great. Great printer for what we needed.
