I’ve tried 3 types of pin plungers and this one is the best by far. Very smooth pull

For anyone with a Gen 4 bar this unit works great. If you have a Gen 3 trigger bar or an aftermarket trigger on a Gen 3 bar you are not going to like the way it feels as it travels across the safety. The Gen 4 bar is held in line by the bump on the shark fin and travels across this safety plunger without a hitch, the Gen 3 bar without the bump jumps sideways across this plunger because of it's cone shaped nose. It makes the trigger feel glitchy on the take up. If you have an aftermarket trigger with a lot of slop to the trigger bar you will really not like the feel of this plunger, sideways and bumpy. Gen 4 bar, no problem.

Picture shows an aggressive bevel. The one I received did not have an aggressive angled bevel. It was what seemed to be a factory replacement. I purchased the part because my drop on Agency trigger was having a hard time engaging the soft bevel on the factory safety butto on the trigger reset. This part did not help.

I replaced the factory Glock 17 safety plunger with the Zev product, and the trigger pull was actually WORSE than factory. The Zev product had a matte finish with several grooves left from machining, causing the trigger pull to drag and feel gritty. I will not be purchasing any more Zev manufactured products.

Would have like to have seen it polished, unless they have found that there is actually less drag with a textured surface. Seems as tho it will hold up.
