Nice cups, even for some people with small hands, as they are about 3.5" in diameter. For hot coffee in the morning, I warm the inside with hot tap water for better heat retention. For cold beverages, I can fill half way with ice, and still have ice in the cup when the beverage is just gone. Works really well on keeping things cold with no outside sweat on the cup, a nice feature if you accidentally put the cup on your reading material or your to-do list, or your nice wood counter-top. Give a few to a good friend that would never spend this much money for a good cup!

Depending on your intended use, this stainless steel thermos-type cup can be very effective. But ... If you intend to use it for a "rocks" cocktail, it is too large, and unless you put several shots in, the liquid just gets lost among the rocks (ice). For a mixed drink, juice, ice water, etc., it's terrific and in my experience the ice lasts for more than 5-6 hours (depending on amount of ice, of course). I found that for some strange reason, it does NOT keep coffee hot for much longer than a traditional coffee mug. This doesn't make sense, but it's a fact, so I don't use it for hot drinks, unfortunately. The construction is excellent and it should last forever.

We use ours mostly at cookout type get togethers and they're prefect for that! Doesn't matter if I'm drinking soda, mixed drinks or wine it keeps my drink cold no matter how long it takes me to drink it. I even love the lid. It's also solved my longtime problem of not being able to tell which red solo cup is mine, you can even have them engraved. It's kinda high for a cup sure but for me it was worth it.

Love the Yeti's. Hot or cold they stay that way for hours. I put hot water in my cup for a few minutes before pouring my coffee and it will stay hot for 4 to 6 hours. I add 3 ice cubes plus my cold drink and it will stay cold for hours and the ice hardly melts. In my larger Yeti I use the same ice cubes for the entire day! Never had a cup to keep drinks like this before even better then Tervis!

I'm disappointed it's made in China...but that's where much of everything is made. It hasn't started rusting just yet as many so called Stainless Steel China made products do but it's only been in use a week or so. It's way overpriced for a double wall thermal mug but the wife wanted one and Mother's Day was upon us so....we splurged on it. To me it's no better in appearance, manufacture, or design than a $8 mug at Wal-Mart. Waaaaaaaaaay overpriced at +$30 with Lid ...IMO.
