I got this for my husband and our next door neighbor who like to work out together. While I couldn't have told you anything about it, according to the two of them this is a nice quality pulldown rope and is rather useful to them during their workouts. This is 22 inches of heavy duty braided nylon rope with solid rubber ends on each side. In the middle is a heavy duty chrome plated attachment which is how it connects to your gym equipment. It is made so it can attach to any gym system as well so no special name brand is required for this. Since using it to work out, this has been holding up well with no signs of breaking.
