needed something to help me stay in shape and flexible during my pregnancy. I found this DVD easy to follow and it really helped me to relax and focus. Although I have had a difficult time of it with morning sickness plaguing me since the first month, I find this video helps to keep me relaxed and fit.
I wanted to learn relaxation breathing and positions for the birth of my first child. I found this dvd to be for the more advanced yogi. I did view this particular dvd towards the beginning of my third trimester, but I felt like some of the exercises were unrealistic for a pregnant woman - unless you have a strong background in yoga. The two pregnant women on the dvd seemed to have some difficulty keeping up with the host and they look fairly experienced. I thought the post-partum exercises will be useful. I just wouldn't suggest this dvd for a beginner.

This dvd is very easy to follow even for someone who has had no prior experience with yoga. I found the instructor very knowledgable and the program itself stresses the importance of taking it slow and becoming comfortable with the poses before trying them for longer periods or doing more challenging poses. Wonderful and VERY RELAXING!
It has sections with different kinds of yoga - energizing, relaxing, for birth, etc. You can do a short section (like 17 mins) or do more if you want. It made me feel very good even if I started out tired and sore.
