I purchased these sights on a Great Deal for 60$. I typically shoot Idot pro's and like the idea of these sights. Also, I am waiting on a Delivery from Heinie with some straight 8's so in the mean time I tjought I would try these out. So, honest opinion is the Dot is way too big FOR ME.. I cant Stress enough "For Me" since everyone is different. They are very well constructed sights. This particular set had no tritium in the rear so I did not like that as well. Very easy install on my XD, Virtually no fitting. So, a couple range trips and I concluded i just cant see the target, at all. Especially 15yards+ out. As far as quick target acquisition YES, these are great, as far as Accuracy NO, not these. A smaller dot in the front For Me is easier to quickly and accurately hit that center of the X. Too large a dot, I cant see .. so, In conclusion, for certain people, especailly with failing vision these will be an excellent choice if all you have shot is factory sights than these will be a but large. I like the idea of dotting the I. Quick amd easy but a U/ notch in the rear is better for me..hope this gives some insight or some help to someone. Cheers, happy shooting.Read full review

These sights are nice and bright but unfortunately have some serious design flaws fitting Sig P226. The front sight doesn't not fit flush it tilts forward and never sat snug ever I had to add lock tire which they provide. The rear sight moves around constantly, I wouldn't recommend these sights to anyone they have been a complete headache, $110 bucks wasted.

This sight system is a big improvement over the factory fiber optic sights (which are quite good by the way), in my opinion. The tritium is bright and highly visible in low light conditions. The "dot the i" alignment of the sight provides quick and easy target acquisition--a definite plus in competitive situations. I would highly recommend this sight system for firearms used in competitive or low light conditions.

They're quicker than my friends Trijicon HD's. If putting on Springfield XD of any style, take to a Gunsmith. Springfield dove tails are too tight to remove sights with a brass punch. Swallow your pride and save yourself a lot of frustration. I have them in Glock 33, H&K P30SKS, and a Springfield XDe.

There good sights but I find them a little harder to line up in the daylight than at night. When there glowing at night it's quick to dot the eye for me but day time is slower to center without sides on the rear sight.
