This oven has pros and cons, but the refurbished unit I bought on Ebay is worth the price I paid for it. Pros: Any electric table top oven is good for baking in summer because that big gas oven in your kitchen produces a lot of heat, and runs up both your gas and electric bill much more than a small one like this. If you do a lot of that, using this oven instead of the big one could pay for itself in utility bills. Easy to control, seems very accurate. I like the large knobs on the front, it's easier for an old guy like me to see the numbers. The pressure feature makes the best vegan pizza ever! Vegan cheeses don't usually melt as well as dairy based cheese, because they tend to dry out before they are hot enough to melt. The high humidity in this oven when using pressure prevents that, and it comes out perfect. I like the stainless steel cabinet. It looks good, and will stay that way. Cons: It would have been nice to make slightly lower temperatures available, for rising bread, around 120 degrees. My conventional oven has that, and I still have to use it for that. The valve on top needs some work. It can't be opened safely without a long pair of tongs. Steam from the valve goes right through hot pads, so there is a safety issue here. You think you are protected, but you are not. When using pressure, water will drip from the door, especially when you open it after it's done. Some surfaces are easily damaged by hot water, so you need to put a pan or something under it. Not a problem on a normal kitchen counter, but if you have to put it somewhere else for lack of space, watch out for that. If you really want pizza to be round, it can't be 12 inches. The square pan provided works great, however. I place the pizza on a cookie sheet before cutting so the coating on the pan won't be damaged. Over all, it's a goodie for anyone who does a lot of cooking at home. Apparently, this review does not comply with the community content policy, but they do not explain why. I think I will stop posting reviews on Ebay, this happens too often.Read full review

This oven cooks very well. You can cook at high temperatures without drying the food out and with the low pressure feature you can do it quicker. The only issue I have is that on heat up and cool down the oven makes a sound like it has been hit with a hammer. I'm not talking about the hiss the pressure release valve makes. I like the oven since it heats up quickly...cooks with pressure sealing in the moisture...allows you to cook at higher temps without drying food out and lowering the cooking time. I think if the designers had added some insulation the loud banging sound wouldn't occur on expansion and contraction.

Unlike other toaster ovens this will actually heat up accurately to 450° or whatever temp it's set to. Even though it's not specifically a convection oven it does use a fan to circulate the hot air so food gets evenly cooked and browned. It has the pressure option which seems to reduce cooking times by about 25% or so. My only beef is that it takes a firm, deliberate slam to latch the door, other than that, it's the best countertop oven I've ever had, at the current price it's a very good deal.

This unit is great for some uses and it has its drawbacks. Carrying the tray with medium to heavy loads is somewhat scarey and a little dangerous. It needs some refinement in usability that would make this a really great product, for starters the trays need a better handle for transporting in and out of the oven. For what it does its fair, but the lack of a competing product makes it unique. Its great for reheating certain foods that have been properly cooked. I cook steaks and BBQ chicken, and reheating leftovers can dry out the meat. Not so with the pressure oven. We reheated a mediuim-rare steak and it was very close to the same as when it came off the grill, hot, moist and still pink in the center. Same with the chicken breasts. Tamales also came out great when cooked in the pressure oven, starting as uncooked and frozen. Other items haven't done as well. I didn't care for the potatoes we sliced and cooked in the oven. I found that following the instructions on preheating to temperature, then loading the food, and finally changing the cooking settings to pressure up the interior a bit difficult to remember because toaster ovens and microwave use only requires putting the food in and closing the door and twisting a single dial to set the cooking time. This unit needs a digital timer!Read full review

it is very compact, I have used it to Bake, Roast, Broil, using the pressure cooking method, and I was amazed how well it worked and how good the food tasted. Steak, Roast, Baked potatoes, Chicken, Fish, Corn on the cob, you can't go wrong. my wife gave m,e a hard time when I purchased because of the small kitchen we have, once out of the box, and after using using, all she could do and say was, "it's good" with a huge smile,
