This book is perfectly suited for our family since my son has these exact allergies (milk, egg, nuts). It has been most valuable to me for baking. Cakes, biscuits, cookies, breads, etc are the most difficult for me to adapt. This book gives some great recipes that you would never know are missing the milk or egg. I do agree with the previous reviewer that there is a lot in this book that my children will not eat/try, but it did give me some ideas of other dishes to adapt on my own.
I love this book it has wonderful allergy free recipes and you can use regular ingredients you have at home!! WE LOVE THE Recipes
I really don't like anything about this book. It has a bunch of recipes that my daughter won't even try, not regular foods that I really wanted to have recipes for. I was somewhat disappointed. The desserts look good but I haven't had time to try them.
