good book, some real useful information, great for anybody, real easy to read and understand. check it out.
I bought The Complete Idiot's Guide to Weight Training (2005), for my self and i love it. A very good book i would recomened this bokk for any body that want to stay in shape.
this book is really easy to understand and teaches you so much that people just don't know it has been an asset to my workout routine
This book was a little too general in what it described. It didn't go into to detail about alot of things and talked about a more broad aspect of weight training. A lot useful information though. I would rate it 4/5.
