It was nothing like I had thought, it was not easy to cut through the melon, my daughter took over for me, she finally put it on the floor and kept trying to get it to slice with no luck, and then the plastic made a sound like it was ready to crack, which is not a good thing. I went to YouTube to see if we were doing it wrong, and "average Joe/Jane" had the same issue, different watermelon made no difference, same issue. I even check out the fancy expensive cutters on YouTube and they even had issues trying to get the cutter to go through the melon. This was not a good product or investment of money and time. I will just go with my standard way of cutting the melon. Good luck to others. Me not so much.

Good seller, no problem there. Item though is not good. It is clearly a joke. Maybe try for large tomato. I had 2 grown men here...neither could cut through a melon. We put it on the floor and stood on it...nope. Hammer...nope. Good news is the unit doesn't break, but it doesn't slice either.

I am a large strong man. I eat a lot of Watermelon, my favorite food. I followed the directions, cut the ends off and I could not get the slicer to go through the melon no matter how hard I pushed. Maybe it was the melon but I would not buy it again.

First time I cut down a melon, one blade came unattached. I kept it because it was worth the problem of returning it. It works though.
