Extremely well done picture made for TV about the strength and patriotism of women during the beginning of WWII in Battan, PI. Story involves women as nurses in the Navy just before Pearl Harbor and how they evolved into unbelievably strong women who held together by supporting each other and making things better for the rest of the prisoners in a Japanese camp by taking enormous personal risks....They received the Bronze medals without the V for valour that the men were given and the story is about how the head nurse fights for the recognition of her fellow nurses. If you are a history buff and are interested in WWII, it's a great way to see how the women contributed in the war zone.
I was looking for this movie for my collection now will have to remove tape and install it in non broken case

It was a very good movie. I'm not a fan of war movies. But this was mostly about these 4 nurses and being in a pow camp for over 2 years.
