Two years after the success of Bram Stoker's Dracula and Mary Shelley's Frankenstien one other classic tale was left to be redone. The Wolfman. Ahh but in the fall of 1994 it would come to pass as the one and only Jack Nicholson would don the make-up and he would become Wolf. Toss in the beauty that is Michelle Pffieffer and you've got making of a blockbuster? Not quite. However Wolf has a good plot and some fine performances, that said looking at it now it's mediocre by comparison to other werewolf movies that have followed. Sony turns in a decent looking PQ and perfect AQ blu. Missing is any extra's what-so-ever but at least we finally get Wolf in anamorphic widescreen after all the VHS & DVD versions were all fool-screen.
I love Jack Nicholson and Michelle Pfeiffer, so this lighted hearted horror is a good watch.

We all enjoyed this movie. Jack Nicholson and the other actors do a great job and you become interested immediately. Kept me off guard and was a good selection. Some scenes are very graphic, but it's part of the movie. Ended interestingly.
