Caltric wet clutch with one way bearing
First off. The caltric team resolved the issue and made it right. They shipped a new one complete kit and all. Get to the problem- the wet clutch itself is okay, I ALWAYS use OEM but I was in a pinch money wise and had to go cheap (you get what you pay for) the clutch will be okay,but DO NOT USE THE ONE WAY BEARING. I've heard so many war stories and went against what I heard, well I paid for it the hard way. Within 30 minutes of riding I heard grinding, so I headed back home, (unfortunately I did not make it home) so I got towed in. I tore it down and inspected it. The one way bearing was torn to shreds and started eating the collar of the clutch. It destroyed my wet clutch housing (on the 01 grizzly 600 they are $300.00) it destroyed the wet clutch, and everything was a sharded metal ... First off. Well I will say they atleast sent me a new clutch, I didnt ask them to replacement housing (they probably wouldn't have anyways) but they did make it right. I sent over 20 pictures of what it did to my bike, I even took a video of me getting towed home. I have used several of these clutches with no problems, DO DONT BE SCARED TO ORDER THIS KIT JUST DONT USE THE BEARING. I hope this review helps many people and saves them hundreds of dollars.

Made my Grizzly happy again
I didn't know how bad my clutch plates were worn till I dug in. I was running metal to metal for who knows how long. Once I got it reassembled with the new wet clutch carrier and and the gaskets that fit better than OJ's gloves, I gave it a test drive. It drives the best it has since I've owned it. I don't know anything about the longevity of the wear element yet, but so far so good.
