After only a few charge cycles, the battery bulged outwards so it would go into the battery cavity smoothly or come out without using a sharp knife – despite it being kept in a padded pouch at room temperature when not used for a few months. But also this battery could not compare to the original Canon for performance. It didn't hold its charge when not in use, and didn't last as long when taking photos or filming. Suppliers advice was "to not use it anymore", no exchange or refund. Often buying clone batteries is money wasted. Spend a few more $ and get the originals.
