I adapted this lens to Micro Four Thirds cameras and the images it can take are very sharp, rivalling modern lenses. Not as compact as a native M43 lens but I like how it gives a 3D kind of render of the image where the background s just out of focus. Not exactly what I would call a creamy bokeh but still very pleasant. Great lens, tightly built, smooth focusing.

Great little lens! For a brand that's known for its low prices this lens provides great picture quality, portability and its really well built. I'm a Nikon digital camera user and bought this lens to add a wide angle lens for an old Canon AE1 that my father gave me. I've loved this lens as soon as a developed my first roll of film taken with this lens. I got so convinced with its quality that I've decided and also bought the Nikon version of this lens for a Nikon FG film camera that I also bought here on Ebay. I really recommend this lens to anyone looking for great results without spending much money.
Nicely made durable lens. I put it on a micro 4/3 camera and found its IQ to be excellent. The close focus feature gives more options without having to change lenses.

I got this as a 'prime' lens to use with my digital Lumix G5 micro 4/3's camera system. Since I already have a collection of old 35mm Canon equipment, I can use it there, as well. The stock lens that came with my G5 has a max apt. of F3.5, so this gives me an option in low-light situations.

This lens is great. When you need more in the picture, Go Wide with the lens. The aperature of f/2.8 is reasonable and suitable for most shots that are stills or posed or of the landscape one would like to capture. Performs well for those who like manual control when they desire being artistic in the outcome of the picture. I would reccomend it to others who have a need for a wide angel lens. Greg Yanasak
