You can light the moon with these babies! I wish I had an A/C adapter to use though because this uses big batteries! (C&D) I wouldn't even try to buy the 500 volt HVP battery though...too expensive! Not as automatic as my Minolta 4000 still lots of fun though! This is the GRANDADDY of them all! Bigger than most cameras today.
The main reason I got this was for its power and nothing else. I don't know what its guide number is but I'm going to guess it's around 150. It looks like it might be an old Metz flash but don't quote me on that. Anyway, nice powerful zoom flash with lots of battery backup for a low price if you don't mind carrying around a lot of weight.

THE SYSTEM THAT I HAVE IS NOT COMPLETE, HOWEVER, I AM AN AORGINAL OWNER OF THIS SYSTEM, WHEN I HAD MY NIKON F2A, I FRAMED A SPOT ON A CHAIR, TURNED OFF ALL OF THE LIGHTS, THEN TOOK THE PICTURE WITH THIS SAME SYSTEM, THE PICTURE CAME OUT LIKE DAYLIGHT, THAT'S WHEN I KNEW HOW GOOD THIS SYSTEM WAS, I NEED A FEW MORE COMPONENTS TO HAVE THE SYSTEM AGAIN, HOWEVER, I AM WORKING ON THAT.
