After receiving the receiver, I cleaned it up with 91% isopropyl alcohol and DEOXIT to eliminate the noisy and intermittent switches. Of course this is done with the unit unplugged from the wall. Disassembled it further to replace the burned out 8 volt mini bulbs for the indicator dial and the meter. Works like a champion!!!! Tested it with my cassette tape deck and speakers. It is a great product!!

This receiver is in near mint condition and performs like new, everything including all lights work exactly as they should. It is powering 4 large vintage speakers I have and there are no problems here. Made in 1974 it looks and sounds like it just came off the shelf. You won't be disappointed.

Plays digital, but designed for analog music. With good speakers the sound is "mellower" than contemporary electronics. Sounds better than my old Sansui, which was itself better than average.
