So, this antenna does as described for the most part. The main thing is if it was 200 miles of reception it would pick up more channels but I have about 40 so it does work. I get cbs, nbc, and another in HD. Fox is like 1080i which is the highest standard resolution you can have before hd so it's nice. My main problem was the fact you have to move this around a bit which means it's not as powerful as it says. So the best area to put it is near a window as the description says. Do not stick until you find you spot!!!! Its only good for two sticks okay? I also considered putting the very generous long wire they provided upstairs but not sure yet. As I said you cant stick it over and over on surfaces. Also clean the area before you stick and let it dry. The adhesive is very strong but will crumble if it is wet, even a little moisture. I would def say this is 4.5 easy. Maybe say the distance is 50-100 miles at most. But I'm in the east coast new jersey and it cannot pick up nbc-hd at all or the CW channels . There are two of each. It's super light, easy to setup, and doesn't get in the way. So watching football for the first time it is going very smooth. Enjoy and take my review with a grain of salt. Everyone area is different, every house is different. So keep trying, just mind the adhesive. Read full review

This is as 'average' as the other cheapo antenna I bought, both of which were under ten bucks each. Both work about the same --- not very well. I think the claim of a 60 mile range is very optimistic if not an outright exaggeration. I also have a pole mounted outside antenna. This indoor antenna picks up less than half the number of stations as the outside antenna gets. But it is small and compact! PS: the other cheapo antenna looks like a very small 6 inch high CB antenna --- magnetic mount. This one reviewed has adhesive pads to mount to a window. I would buy either of these only if you cannot mount an outside antenna. Just don't expect much unless you use it very close to transmission antennas.

I have been using rabbit ears on this new 55" TV. It worked most of the time. This new antenna brings in more stations and the typical stations are much stronger. The VHF and the UHF frequencies required no adjustment. I taped the flat antenna to the window and scanned the channels and found a few more channels. The antenna was easy to install and the TV had a usb connection to power up the antenna amplifier. All went well.

I had tried several different brands of antennas with different ranges and features. This is the one I found to work best with my tv. I get 13 different stations, great picture quality. Easy to install, lightweight. I hung this on the wall. I did have to run the channel scan 4 times on one of my tvs to get it to find all the channels, but once it found them it has been great.

Put this antenna on my TV that is dead center in the house, away from windows. I had the old rabbit ears on it and I had to constantly adjust them, sometimes bring them out in front of the Tv to get about 20 channels. After hooking it up with the USB powered "amp" I had 44 channels that came in clear and a couple that broke up but still came in. I did nothing special on the install, in fact the pad is laying flat on top of a large speaker to the TV so I don't even see it. Pleasantly surprised would be a good way for me to describe this product.
