I absolutely love the size. It's perfect for someone who just needs a smartphone for the little conveniences of having one. I think it would be great for a first phone or anyone with little hands or wants to be able to slip it into their pocket. Works great and gets the basics done.

Phone is a smaller cell phone which type I was looking for. The cell has great battery life, and has a lot of good features.

My girlfriend and I each bought one of these. It was the most inexpensive smartphone we could find that was 4G capable and could immediately be set up on Verizon with a post-pay plan. Personally, I was glad to go back to a smaller phone, and a Samsung at that. It's slower than I would like and lags a lot, but for the price I can deal. Also, despite what sources online indicated, KitKat is available for it.

I bought this phone for my husband, who still had an "old school" slide out keyboard phone. He needed to switch to a smartphone for business purposes, but didn't want a larger phone, so this was perfect for him. He rarely uses wifi or data on it, just calls and texts, and the battery life is great for that (5-7 days between charges). Downside - in order to receive group or picture texts, he has to turn on data. Easy fix, but a little annoying and seems unnecessary for a smartphone.
