This is my second 1020, the first met its demise with a cracked screen. It is cheaper to replace the phone than repair the screen. The phone I received was in "like new" condition. I prefer the ease of use of this Windows phone. I care not so much for apps, I prefer the high resolution camera feature. When shooting a lot of video or streaming video, the battery does go down more quickly than it would with modest daily use. However with portable charging options almost everywhere, this is not a deal breaker.

Pictured all scratches and bumps are not visible, when this cell get my hands I was scared and I asked myself as I had fallen so low, there are a million cellular worked flawlessly and with the same quality for the same price, it was a mistake to make this purchase.

Without a doubt, there are lots of choices for smartphones out there, form factor, OS/ecosystem, screen size, processor, price, etc. And all of your personal choices will dictate what you would end up picking. Before the Nokia Lumia 1020, if your main phone deciding factor is the ultimate camera performance (with Xenon flash!), you would have had to compromise by getting something like the Nokia 808 or N8 on Symbian. And having used the Symbian OS, that is one big compromise. Another option would be the Samsung Galaxy K/Zoom, which would of course mean when you're on a call, you have a camera to your face. With the 1020, you have a modern day OS with enough app selection (and bound to grow, especially with the announcement of Windows 10), a slim form factor, and all around capable hardware as well. As for the camera, it's really as good as you read about. It's actually better than you read about if you shoot RAW. I'm always amazed at the quality of the RAW files and I'm used to looking at RAWs from cameras like the Canon 5D2 and 1Ds2. The down side is that the camera isn't fast (3-4 second shot to shot time for some settings) and it's about time for a new replacement to come out (hopefully soon). But at the moment, this is a clear choice if you want more than excellent photo shooting capability and still be able to use it like a smartphone. P.s. lots of camera phones coming out and starting to pick up the slack though so keep a lookout for the Sony Z1/Z2, Panasonic CM1, Nokia 1520/930/IconRead full review
I bought this product because of the shock i got when i heard it had a 41MP camera!!! The unique and bright colour of the housing is attractive and certainly stands out among all other phones. So far, the camera is shockingly impressive and not strange coming from Nokia. Compared to my previous Lumia 900 and 925, i have no dislikes. I have used the iphone 5/5s, the Samsung Galaxy S4 and the Xperia Z/Z1 and none of them can even come close to the smooth running, clear display and obviously the camera of the 1020. Thank You again Nokia for an amazing product...I rate you First place Forever!
Have loved this phone for the last three years. Was soon happy to find another one just like I had. Easy to use and the camera takes better pictures than my point and shoot.
