I purchased this meter about three years ago. It's a decent meter. I use it for troubleshooting smps and fixing amps. As I mentioned above that the meter is just ok. The display is very faint (notice that there are no photos of the display), and a struggle to see. The battery life as well leaves a lot to be desired. I also hate how convoluted the task of switching between AC and DC. If you can pay under $100, buy it. Anything over that amount (imho), is not worth it.

I like this graphical multimeter. I would not really consider it an oscilloscope. It is of some benefit in giving you a graphical representation of a signal for basic troubleshooting of a circuit or see what is happening in small electronic projects. I have used it to catch glitches in sensors on my automobile. I have a TPI440 that has lower bandwidth, much harder to see lcd, poor back light and only has internal rechargeable battery that gave out a short time after ownership.
I received a power supply for a European customer 220 volts not American 120 volts
