The original deck that was sent out shipped quickly, but arrived in a non-functioning condition. After discussing the issue with the seller, a replacement deck was sent out immediately at no additional cost. The replacement deck worked perfectly and I am very happy with the end result. My original Xbox is now fully functional again and I have a new parts supplying seller for future retro console repairs. Highly respect and recommend this seller. Great experience overall.
