The only thing I didn't like is the connectors that connect to water hose, are round and not, Hexagon shape, to tighten with a wrench. Had to use channel locks was a pain.

This faucet is a disaster in every way. First, the shank is too short. With 3/4" granite counter top + 3/4" plywood backing, I had to discard the escutcheon and the rubber washer, barely screwed the nut to mount it. Then, the 2 water supply stubs are only extending past the shank 1" and 2" respectively. With very little room between the sink and the cabinet, it is extremely hard to tighten. To tighten the spray hose is even more difficult, there is not any notch or flat surface on the hose connector to hold while tightening the nut from above, another impossible task with no room to apply tools. The designer must not have any plumbing field experience, who had only one thing in mind, to cut the material cost.
