I was a bit skeptical at first knowing its refurbished but wow it is well worth it. The headset looks and feels brand new, the surround sound is on point as well. Has everything it came with originally box included. Very happy with the product, i would recommend purchasing this headset.

Now it would have been a 5-star review if Turtle Beach could have done one thing.... put somewhere on the box anywhere on the box NOT COMPATIBLE with the PlayStation 4 Slim or PlayStation 4 Pro....meaning you CANNOT use these if you own a PlayStation 4 Slim or Pro! Otherwise these are a great set of TB's!! That super human hearing is unbelievable! It really does let you get that half second step on that other guy your trying to kill(sorry I play a lot of cod!)! Very comfortable headphones. Completely wireless. Multiple settings for the headphones. Can use them for many devices. 2 thumbs up for that but 2 thumbs down for not being able to use them for the Ps4 slim or pro! So I have to give them a 2 star review because I bought them for the slim and we all know how that turned out😬😕! Hope you have a better experience than I did with them. Good luck.Read full review

Plenty of booms and crisp treble for chats. When the battery starts to die it makes a really annoying crackle sound but other than that, long battery life, easy to set up, and actually helps with gaming especially Fps

Very disappointed. These headphones should be better. I have an old pair of Turtle Beach headphones that are actually superior to these in build quality and sound performance. I also find that my mic goes out periodically. I bought these for my PS4 and maybe they just dont match up well to the PS4 platform. I have tried both ways (regular and Super Human Hearing) and there is no middle ground . one is muffled while the other turns up the base and treble to a level that will damage your hearing within minutes. I will try Steel City next time.
