We found out after we read the manual that the minimum water pressure needed is 35 lbs. It won't work with less. None of that was in the advance info. We have gravity fed spring water at 20 lbs. So now we have to decide whether to buy a pump and small pressure tank ( which they don't sell or have a recommendation for, so we had to do our own research) for another $100 or return the shower. If you have enough pressure( which most people do), it looks wonderful!

My only complaint is that one of the control knobs is not covered in the operation manual, so getting the temperature settings where you want them has to be done by trial and error process. Once this is accomplished, my advice is to minimize messing with the controls.

The unit is more suited for a fixed location. We had leaks on the water inlet, which spray up into the exposed wiring underneath. Never got the water above 80 degree F. Tried to fix leaks, but it was the hose adapter fitting, which allowed to much gap.
