Nothing left to the imagination. Trigonometry, by C. P. McKeague and M. D. Turner is very well organized and written. The examples in the book have figures that involve everyday apparatus or structures such as bicycles, swings, buildings and ski trams. This approach allows one to easily recognize the initial facts or information, and then visualize the subsequent trigonometric relationships described in the problem. Consequently, the statements or transparency of the questions become evident and the student can then explore the possible solutions to the problem.
While you should be able to rely on your Trig teacher to show you everything you need, it is just not timely. This book is very easy to read and the examples are through, simple and accurate. Teach yourself trigonometry with this book if you need to, couldn't be much easier! These authors have other texts that are just as helpful as well!
Great text. This text is much better than any other texts that are out there. This is Charles P. McKeague & Mark D. Turners greatest piece of work since last years edition. All other texts previous to this one have become obsolete because of the sheer dominance of this text over others like it. I will absolutely be preordering my copy of next years edition and will look forward to any book signings available for their text's.
This is a very good cheap text book. The international edition has the same text inside word for word just the cover is cheaper and a little different. I am using this book for an online trig class and the example are really helpful.
This book is great especially for students like me who wants to learn as much as possible. The book has eight chapters and every chapter is very unique but also related, what I love most about it is the way the formulas are written! ;p
