I like that there's a different DVD for every month. I've done the first four DVDs, and the more I do them, the more I catch on to Tracy's "style." The first DVDs does not have the best prompting from Tracy to let you know how much more you have left, or what to do next. She did much better on the fourth dvd, though, and I'll have to see how she does on the rest. She really focuses on the arms and the backside, which is great. My muscles are sore at the end, although it's not a strenuous workout. Each DVD also has interviews with different celebrities about their pregnancy, which I find entertaining.

I like to exercise, and in my last pregnancy saw the benefits. I wanted variety in my workout and decided on purchasing this set, I have other pregnancy dvd workouts as well. Unlike her other workout dvd's in the series in this one she gives a more through explanation of how to perform the exercises and their benefits which I appreciate, she also gives the number of repetitions which is very helpful and encourages you to go at your own pace. I like the variety and change in exercises and how they are geared towards the different stages month per month in pregnancy, I am easily bored by the same workout and this one kept me motivated.
