This is an excellent workout. Has it all - cardio, strength, toning. The instructor is upbeat, encouraging, friendly, and gosh she is super strong. Great physique. I like the arrangement of the exercises which alternate cardio, toning, strength and stretches. She also keeps the choreography relatively simple, and I could concentrate on doing the moves properly for maximum benefits and results. I could use this workout over and over as I get stronger. My arms aren't strong enough for one of her exercises so I do it on my knees, but when I get stronger I can do them with straight legs just like she does. With this workout, I am certain I will get that strong. I was looking for a workout to improve my fitness level (which isn't bad in the first place), and was pleasantly surprised that this workout offers more than that. I am certain that if I do this workout twice a week, I will get stronger and also see a change in my physique within a month.Read full review
I have always been a Tae-Bo girl and I figured I would try this workout for my "tired" days. Figured streching and stuff would be good for me...well let me tell you, this is one of the best workout videos I have ever done. Contrary to my thoughts of an "easy" workout, this was difficult and really works your muscles. I have to admit, the day after doing this work out I am SORE. I have been faithfully doing TAEBO 5x/week for about 2 years - I never thought this type of workout would do to much and I was proven wrong. It's not an out of breath workout, it focuses on small parts one at a time and it is really great. I recommend it to anyone who likes to feel that their workout did it's job!!
This DVD is fun. It doesn't use any weights at all but sometimes you don't feel like using weights but you could if you want to. This DVD fuses interval training with yoga an excellent combo to work those muscles & burn fat. Tanja Djelevic is a great and chill and cool Personal Trainer/Instructor.

Tanja (who could be Sandra Bullock's Swedish twin) is cheerful and inspiring. The express workout is not too strenuous, but it has non-stop movement and some jumping so that I always break a sweat. The full workout is also good and the focus seems to be on long and lean moves. The background is beautiful and the music uplifting without being cheesy. Overall, I enjoy it, and I haven't gotten sick of it even after several months.
This video is pretty good. Nothing is repetitive and the routine is a good challenge. It is a nice blend of cardio, core as well as upper and lower body work. Some moves are quite challenging (deep lunges into a jump) and others are easy with the options to add light weights (bicep curls, and arm work). I only wish the cardio section was a little longer, for a more sustained burn. Overall, a good video.
