I use it as an external storage extent device with a separatelly purchased enclosure. It can easily be attached to any desktop or laptop - no problems when moving from XP to Vista or the other way. Of course when this disk is used via a USB connection it cannot utilize it's maximum transfer rate, but for me it is not a big problem. The bottom line - I like it.
This is the best hard drive for the money that I know of. This store handles its customers with speed, effieiency, and care. They treat their customer as part of the family and that is important and rare in today's market. Job well done and I will be back!
I bought this product because the hard drive of my laptop stop working. So I replaced it with the same model of hard drive. I like it because now my laptop is working fine. Comparing the hard drive among others the price was reasonable since the hard drives are more expensive now a days.
