About an inch too tall to slide under my '06 HD Softail Deluxe without putting the front tire on a small platform (stacked floor tiles). After that, worked flawlessly. Even though the bike wasn't perfectly centered (placed padded rails foward of rear suspension), it still felt sturdy while fully extended. Make no mistake, it will rock if you start handling the bike too aggressively. The release valve is a little awkward to manipulate while steadying the load but allows a smooth descent and good speed control. The safety catch mechanism appears under-engineered and I was reluctant to rest the bike''s weight solely on the raised notches. Used it twice so far. Once to wrench on, once to wash on. No issues. Overall, I'm happy with it and consider it a good value.
