About this product

Product Information

Grizzled operative Sam Fisher returns for more covert activity on behalf of the National Security Agency in this follow-up to Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell. Stealth is once again essential as players use a variety of new gadgets and acrobatic moves to infiltrate buildings and strongholds without alerting guards. Players will be able to climb curtains, perform new melee attacks, and make use of the latest in vision-enhancing equipment. Also new to this installment are more outdoor locales such as jungles and operations taking place in broad daylight, complete with civilians going about their daily routines. Fisher must now avoid detection from pedestrians as well as enemies.

Yet the game's biggest addition in an online component where members of shadowy Black Ops squads are sent to tackle team-oriented missions. While players cannot select Sam Fisher for online action, they will be able to select from an assortment of male and female operatives all skilled in the art of stealth. Enemies may abduct players and use them as hostages, requiring fellow operatives to quickly de-escalate the situation or risk losing a member of the team. Unlike the original Splinter Cell, which began as an Xbox title and was later ported to PlayStation 2, GameCube, and PC, Pandora Tomorrow is designed as a multi-platform game from the start.

The books are as described, thank you. The shipping was not the best. A shoe box? It was crushed by USPS and twas miracle the books not ruined. And way too expensive for two raw books.

SplinterCell: Pandora Tomorrow is a must play game for single RPGs

I've loved this game for years and it's still intriguing and the game play is phenomenal.

  • Different but the same.

Well, it's been almost 2 years since Pandora Tomorrow's release and yes as before...I am now just finished playing it (read my 1st Splinter Cell Review for more info). I must say that this game is definitely polished. All the environments look fantastic, atleast when your not looking thru them darn NV goggles 2/3rds the time. I actually caught myself stopping mid-level just to marvel at how great everything looked, especially in the lush Timor level, and the water...by God the water just gets better looking every time. Sometimes you gotta stop to smell the pot...er, roses. I'm glad Ubi decided to finally add some extensive outdoors levels this time around. Something else that was welcomed was the new wall split-jump lean. I liked being able to grab a higher ledge via double split jump. ...

  • Very Fun Game

The second Splinter Cell game is very cool, but the first and the third games in the series are much better. This game doesn't get too creative and it isn't much different from the first game, but it's still a great experience. There's a mission in the game that takes place on a train and it's definitely the best level in the game. Other than that the multiplayer is very fun and will keep you busy for weeks. Even though it isn't amazing I still recommend playing this older game because you'll most likely have a good time with it.

  • Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow

Tom Clancy definitely created the best superhero. Sam Fisher and all his craziness puts Marvel games to shame. The upgrades in this game from the original are astounding. A.I. is more intelligent, but Sam's gadgets are also upgraded. As in every splinter cell game, there is no one route to take. Whether it's a choice to take the stairs or climb the side of the building, or a choice to sneak your way through a darkened hallway, dispatching guards along the way, or to maneuver across on a pipe, you can do it all in this game. Most of the cameras in this game are armored, which means you have to sneak. No cheating on this game. DISCLAIMER: As in every video game, there are things you have to watch out for in the interests of your kids. There is profanity, a subsequent level of violence, and ...

  • The Sequel to the Cell...

Very good game and its game play, but lacks the originality of the first and flexibility of the third. It can get frustrating to find save points, but all in all I would buy this game. The entire Splinter Cell is a very well thought out and glitch free games series. I highly recommend it and suggest as using it as a means on how to be patient.
