This is a great book to reinvent your body, and what you feed it. She talks about hormones, and sugar and alcohol, among other things, and how that affects your body. She also gives food suggestions, as well as exercises, all in a no-nonsense but still encouraging way. It can be a bit long-winded and technical sometimes, but it's still a good informative read.
This book makes lots of good healthy choices that all of us should follow. I have a weight and fatty liver problem. This is why I purchased this book. It has many useful guides and things that I am doing to achieve my goals. If you have health issues in general, please get you this book. I have several of Jackie Warner books. She knows what she writes about. I made a great choice in getting this book.

I love Jackie's simple explanation to better health ! I have seen Jackie on her show "Thinergy" and she was great in that. Jackie's honesty and straight forward explanation of how to eat right, exercise and the understanding of a persons emotional needs on this journey to better ones health.... is what attracted me to this book. Since then I have purchased one of her dvd's as well!
