Thinking for a Change is appropriately titled. A must read for anyone who knows they need to make a change.
I lived a very traumatic childhood, and didn't know how to deal with what I had gone through. I got into drugs and alcohol at a very young age. Didn't trust anyone. I was an introvert, very shy, and always getting into trouble. This book has the keys to unlocking your inner self, it makes you dig deep, it helps you to develop new thinking patterns. I recommend this book for anyone who knows they need to make some changes in their thinking pattern.
