I like the interesting book it is all about eating healthier wit some good tips but I wish some of the recipes weren't so complex, just a little bit easier.

This is an excellent cookbook. Because it's a Whole Foods Market publication, you know there aren't going to be any recipes that call for "yucky" ingredients. Everything is made with fresh, natural ingredients! It's great for vegetarians as well as carnivores since recipes for a both groups are included. My family especially enjoyed the "Chicken Pot Pie" and the "Chicken Toscana with White Beans." The Whole Foods website is also wonderful, featuring a large collection of recipes that aren't found in the book.
