My wife and I work at the same place and she's been discriminated and retaliated against for bringing the discrimination to light. Going through this as I write, this book is a must have if you're even contemplating whistleblowing and/or are being discriminated against. HR departments use every tactic in and out of the book to derail your issue or claim. They have tried it all with us but we stayed the course and are now two weeks from mediation with our company and the EEOC. The system works (so far) and this book is a great resource to get your little duckies in a row and great knowledge base for knowing what to expect. If you're in it now, document every detail, day/time, the issue and response of each incident no matter how small or seemingly insignificant.
